These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Klientel's website and platform (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Klientel, Inc. ("Klientel", "we", "our"). By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
Klientel offers a cloud-based CRM platform, including pipeline management, power dialer, SMS, AI call intelligence, a lead database, automation, invoicing, and reporting tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as set out in our refund policy. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in service interruption. You authorize us to charge payment to your chosen payment method for the billing period you have selected.
Klientel and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Services. You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform.
You grant Klientel a limited license to host, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services. We will not access your CRM data except as needed for support, security, or legal compliance. Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. We will provide a 30-day window to export your data before it is deleted.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Klientel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit or revenue. Our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
