Klientel provides an all-in-one CRM platform that includes pipeline management, power dialer, AI call intelligence, and automation tools. We are committed to protecting your personal data and complying with applicable privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable legislation.

This policy applies to all users of Klientel's website (klientel.io) and platform services. By using our services, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

Data we collect

We collect information in several ways:

• Account data: Name, email address, company name, phone number, and billing information when you sign up or subscribe.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, session length, browser and device type, and IP address.
• CRM data: Contact records, call logs, email threads, notes, and pipeline data that you enter into the platform.
• Call recordings: If you use our power dialer with recording enabled, call audio and AI-generated transcriptions are stored on your behalf.

After account deletion, we retain minimal data for up to 90 days to allow for recovery, after which it is securely deleted. Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely. Call recordings are retained for the period you configure in your account settings (default: 12 months).

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion ("the right to be forgotten")

• Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format)
